Week Two Introduction

Welcome to Week Two: Building to Embodied Living!

This week, you will work on maintaining Embodied Presence, spending more and more time remaining Aware without leaving your body.

Your goal for the week is to move through your days, and your nights, touching into Awareness of your internal experience rather than focusing exclusively on your external experience.

In this package, you will find your resources and exercises for the week ahead:

∞ Additional Daily Presence Practice

∞ New Daily Guided Reflection

∞ Daily Journal Prompts & Gratitude Reflection

∞ Practice: Building Your Daily Self-Love Ritual

∞ Practice: Finding Your Anchor

∞ Practical Exercise: Life Balance Workbook

Make sure you are keeping up with your daily Presence Practices, Guided Reflection, and Journal. Listen to the Guided Reflection at least once each day. These are the foundations for our work together. I look forward to hearing about your experiences this week!

Throughout this program, I will be asking you to work through practices, reflections and exercises every week. Some weeks will have more “homework” than others, and to help keep you from feeling overwhelmed, I suggest taking them one at a time. Below, I have offered an optional timeline to use for this week’s practices and exercises. Of course, you are welcome to work through them in your own way, but sometimes having a guideline can be helpful!

Sunday: You receive your Week Two Materials. Read through this week’s email and materials in your Week Two folder.

Monday: Begin using the Week Two Guided Reflection daily.

Tuesday: Begin working with Practice One (Presence Practice Four: Protecting Your Energy).

Wednesday: Begin working with Practice Two: Expanding Your Embodied Presence.

Thursday: Begin working with Practice Three: Finding Your Anchor.

Friday: Practice Four: Honoring Your Inner Divinity.

Saturday: Complete your Practical Exercise: Life Balance Workbook.
